ENROLMENT DATES FOR NEW STUDENTS

Submission of application forms	· from 10^th to 20^th January 2006 at the school secretary’s office (Secretaría) · from 9^th to 18^th January on the Internet: www.eoidiomas.com
Necessary documents	Citizens of the European Union Member States: Photocopy of your identity card or passport. Validation or validation request of your academic qualifications (minimum primary studies.)
	Non-citizens of the European Union Member States: Photocopy of your identification (N.I.E.) or educational visa. Validation or validation request of your academic qualifications (minimum primary studies.)
Placement Test:	This is not compulsory. Fee 6,01 euros.
Provisional list (including people taking the Placement Test)	26^th January (16:00 p.m.)
Correction of errors in the provisional list	27^th January
Placement test dates	31^st January
Announcement of students admitted and those on the waiting list	3^rd February.This will include the results of the placement test.
Enrolment of students admitted and those on the waiting list	The School will distribute the enrolment between 7^th-9^th February
Deadline for payment	10^th February
Publication of class lists	13^th February
Classes commence	14^th February
Duration of the course	From February to June (2 hours per day)
Course fees	88,95 euros
N.B.	The students that have been given places will be summoned for registration in alphabetical order (according to their first surname), beginning with the letter “O”. (selected at random by the School Council). Any places left vacant will be filled with students from the waiting list.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS

1. In person or by an authorised person at the school’s secretary’s office

• Collect a 030 payment slip (if you wish to do the placement test) and an application form at the school’s reception (Conserjería).
• [Hand in the application form] + [necessary documents] + if you wish to do the placement test, “030” payment slip duly payed and stamped by the bank]. You will receive a copy of the application form stamped by the EOI and, if there is one, of the payment slip.

2. By the Internet + registered post

• If you wish to do the placement test. You will have to download the 030 payment slip from http://gestiona.madrid.org/psga_gestiona// (Gestión Electrónica: Tasas – Pág. 9) .and pay 6.01 € at any of the CAJAMADRID offices. Where it says “Referencia del centro gestor” (reference of the centre) you have to write: 28034431.
• Submit: the [application form on the EOI web site] before 18^th January
• Send by registered post [the necessary documents] + if you wish to do the placement test, “030” payment slip stamped by the bank] + [copy of the application form]. Before 20^th January

N.B. Applicants who fail to present the requested documentation within the stipulated period of registration will not be considered for enrolment.
